Information for Grant Seekers

Tides Canada works on a 'donor-advised' model. Donors establish Charitable Giving Funds at Tides, and recommend grants to be made from their funds. Upon approval by Tides Canada's board of directors, donors' grant recommendations are processed and qualified charitable donees are awarded grants.

Currently, we do not accept unsolicited grant proposals or respond to requests for funding.
However, on occasion our donor partners choose to engage our services to identify charitable investment and grant opportunities. In that event, Tides Canada designs strategic grantmaking programs and invites potential grantees.
